>How-To-Repeat:
Create a multisession CD somewhere. Mount the CD manually with 
"mount_cd9660  -o ro /dev/acd0c /cdrom", make sure that all the
sessions are visible.

Create an amd map file with "cdrom type:=cdfs;dev:=/dev/acd0c;opts:=ro"
automount the CD and only the first session will be visible.

Perhaps something to do with defining HAVE_FIELD_CDFS_ARGS_T_SSECTOR
