conf/53077: Update /etc/services 4031

On Mon, Jun 09, 2003 at 04:02:52PM -0700 I heard the voice of
Doug Barton, and lo! it spake thus:

Might it be time to consider smooshing services into a db file, like
passwd and termcap and such?  Or would that just make a hash of the whole
thing?   ;)
