bin/60524: mtree tumbles on files begining with hashmark(#)

 To follow up my own PR...
 
 I found that the problem was fixed in
 revision 1.32 of usr.sbin/mtree/create.c and
 revision 1.13 of lib/libc/gen/vis.c
 for -current and 5.2-RELEASE.
 I definitely would like to see an MFC.
