Promise PCI Hard Drive Controller

I don't know is this really qualifies as a bug, but here it is.

I have a Promise Ultra100 external PCI controller. When I use with my
FreeBSD 5.2 RC0, I get lousy performance. Drive to drive transfers never
exceed 7 MB/s. My disks are new, they perform well over 40 MB/s on my
integrated hard drive controller. There is nothing wrong with the card, I
have tested it in a Windows environment and it performed just fine.

Maybe a developer should take a look at this?
