kern/53481: 5.1R does not recognise xl0 at every startup

Please could you reopen this bug? I haven't seen the previous message. I 
think it was because of all the spam I receive.

Yes, under 4.8 xl0 was working fine on my system. And a second yes, the 
problem exists also if I turn off ACPI.
