pkg_add on 7.2

This is for pkg_add on freebsd 7.2.

Why doesn't "rm /usr/local/bin/emacs ; pkg_add -Fr emacs-nox11 ; ls
/usr/local/bin/emacs" succeed?

I  used freebsd 7.2's latest port of pkg_install as of 26 May 2010
with a patch to use FETCH_CMD.
