ATM test tools

Hi all,

I have put up two other ATM test tools on my page: atmrcv and atmsnd.
They can be used to excercise different traffic classes (UBR/CBR/VBR/ABR)
with different traffic characteristics and to measure delay, bandwidth and
loss. (For delay measurements the machines must be synchronized via NTP).
