Is it deliberate that sysutils/u-boot-tools is not updated when u-boot-master (and company) progress?

 Most of the time it's not deliberate as it's just that I forgot this
port.
 This time is was deliberate as some new tools fails to compile and I
didn't had time to look deeper for now.
