The care home sector remains an attractive option for investors, as
Knight Frank recently exclaimed that it will be "least affected by
Brexit volatility". 

  

Occupancy levels are at an all time high of 89% with their sixth
consecutive increase. Average fees have also risen to £773 per week
which means profitability stands at 28.3 per cent. As demand is
typically driven by domestic factors, care homes are less affected by
the political uncertainty Brexit has caused.
