That's really useful as a prototype. I'd be happy to add some rows for boards
I have (Pine stuff, mostly, where ehaupt is infinitely more knowledgable, but
I feel I ought to help anyway)
Some questions about the columns, layout, etc., not meant as nit-picking.
- What does the "family" column mean? Would those get "BCM..." for the Pi's,
and AW-A64, AW-H6 etc for Allwinner based boards?
- Would it be useful to include core type information in here? There was a
recent thread about cores (A53 vs A72 for instance) which would steer board
selection. (It might not be: this table looks like "you have this thing,
here's what you can get out of it on FBSD" and the cores are not influenced by
the FBSD part).
- Is there a nice ? icon? It might be more aesthetically pleasing to have
consistent widths of the symbols.
- Is there a semantic difference between <checkmark> (footnote) and just
(footnote)?
- Should the camera column have camera-interface information?
- For the Pi Zero, why is there b/g/n in the notes column? Shouldn't that be
in the Wifi column?
.. just *commenting* on this table drives home that it needs some kind of tool
support to manage all the footnotes and whatnots.
