Clang8 crash on rpi3 at r349989 building openjdk8

on rpi2,3 I have to always setup a decent 2GB swap in order to copy, uncompress
large files or build some sfw packages or our own product. Without swap does not
work.

Try to add 2GB of swap and try again to see if that helped.
