Check out sys/gnu/dts/arm/am33xx.dtsi and the new file am33xx-l4.dtsi in R346092.
More informtion in the commit logs
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/log/arch/arm/boot/dts/am33xx-l4.dtsi

The Linux kernel dts description is here
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/tree/Documentation/devicetree/bindings/bus/ti-sysc.txt

We probably need to implement a driver handling the TI sysc interconnect DTS entries. I think its chapter 10 in TI AM335x Technical reference manual (SPRUH73P).
