Both of you are right.  But despite my own forlorn hope a few years back
that ARM would become a fully-fledged Tier 1 platform, the fragmentation
of the market has made it impossible.  But I still hope that maybe three
or four widely popular ARM boards (Raspberry Pi being the most obvious
possibility) might individually be declared Tier 1.            -- George
