HardenedBSD bought theirs from Phoenics Electronics.

Status of HardenedBSD's ThunderX2:

Almost booting stock FreeBSD. I'm working with Jayachandran to resolve
the issues. It may be that my system has buggy firmware, but
Jayachandran is verifying whether that's the case.
