head xtoolchain amd64 -> arm64 buildkernel attempt: locore.S: Error: unknown or missing system register name at operand (for icc_sre_el2 use)

Looks like /usr/local/bin/aarch64-unknown-freebsd12.0-gcc with
-x assembler-with-cpp can reject /usr/src/sys/arm64/arm64/locore.S
for operand naming/syntax: icc_sre_el2 is rejected twice (in my
-mcpu=cortex-a53 targeted context). The register icc_sre_el2 seems
to be a GIC-specific register.
