clock problem at PINE64

Hi, All.

Currently I'm testing Shigeru-san's kernel and image.
In 12 hours test, system time was syncronized OK by ntpd(only boot up and
idle status).

Shigeru-san, your Pine64 could not syncronize to NTP server without
buildworld?

Now I started to buildworld on Pine64.
