On FreeBSD 11.1 the SoC 80G network interface can not be used (this seems to be
resolved on 12)

/etc/iovctl.conf:

PF {
    device : "vnicpf0";
    num_vfs : 1;
}

running iovctl -C -f /etc/iovctl.conf (no output but prited to the console):
vnicpf0: Failed to add VF 0

re-running it erros with:

iovctl: Failed to configure SR-IOV: Device busy
