Making INTRNG a requirement on armv6

I took care of DIGI-CCWMX53 and IMX53-QSB by just deleting them (they
were just standard IMX53 with a static dtb added), and converted the
imx5 driver to intrng to handle EFIKA_MX and IMX53.
