So my rev of 11.1-STABLE was on clang 4.0.0 -- before the move to 5.0.x
happened.  Having updated to current sources as of last night (still on
11.1-STABLE) and thus now having clang 5.0.1 it appears the crossbuild
is progressing (not done yet, but well beyond where tblgen was blowing up.)

This may merit a warning somewhere in that it may well bite anyone
trying to build -HEAD on an 11.x system with clang/llvm prior to 5.x......
