Building Releases does not work on Arm for Wandboard and CUBOX

I am building images using the script

/usr/src/release/release.sh -c arm/<conffile>.

<conffile> = BEAGLEBONE.conf RPI-B.conf

works like before very well, but using

<conffile> = WANDBOARD.conf, CUBOX-HUMMINGBOARD.conf

delivers an error:

gpart geom: md0: file exists
