1. You need to have the right image (i.e. Rasperry Pi 2 image if you have one).

2. Images are sometimes broken.

3. I need "hdmi_safe=1" in my CONFIG.TXT.

As you got nothing, it seems almost you didn't write it properly to
the sd card, or it's that hdmi option.
