This is a bit of a "thread stealing" email here.  I'm starting Tier-2
builds for this architecture and have found that jemalloc is not happy
with this target.  It might be related, but I'm unsure.

Specifically, I see a failure patten in jemalloc that yeilds error
messages like:

Failed assertion: "binind < NBINS || binind == BININD_INVALID"


Failed assertion: "arena_mapbits_allocated_get(chunk, pageind) != 0"

These builds are done via the newly implemented qemu-user-static
support for armv4/5, so it may be related to something unimplemented.
 But I haven't dug into this any further.
