Updated Amlogic aml8726-m6 and aml8726-m8 support files

Here's a link to the updated support files for Amlogic ARM SoC devices:

Currently FreeBSD successfully boots to the login prompt on an aml8726-m6
board (the box seems to be some type of Visson ATV-102) as well as on an
aml8726-m8b board (a Hardkernel ODROID-C1) using a SD card and a serial
console.

Unshar into your FreeBSD 11.0-current source tree, review the README,
apply the patch, and have fun.

Recent Changes:

  clock control (aka gate) driver has been added

  pinctrl driver has been added

  i2c driver has been added

  mmc driver minor tweaks

  rtc now survives a reboot

  sdxc driver has been added

  uart driver now supports rts/cts
