I did some more test, the problem is only present when using a static dtb file.
When using ubldr it detect the correct amount of memory but the kernel ignores
it and use the memory section provided in the static dtb file.

As someone said to me on irc, the static dtb file shouldn't be used anymore
this bug can be closed.
