Jetson TK1 board support

Linux uses the rtc on the as3722 power management controller. The
rtc on the tegra soc does not seem to retain time over reboots, the rtc on the
the as3722 does. There is a capacitor of 14 mF connected to the
as3722. No idea how long it retains rtc power even without any line power.
