ah, sorry, what I pointed was about "DWC Ether MAC driver" in Linux 
mainline. I don't have any document about amlogic SoC other than 
Linux/u-boot code on amlogic's site. I just compared 2 Linux driver.

I have a aml8726-m1 box and a aml8726-m1 tablet. do you have any 
information about m1?
