Obtaining an RPi with Micron RAM?

The most comprehensive list of the different revisions of Pi that I'm aware
of is found here:
  http://elinux.org/RaspberryPi_Boards

Only RS has used Micron RAM it seems, and it might even be the current
production run since the boards are listed as not having the F1/F2
polyfuses.
