Most recent R-PI kernel refuses to build

Greeting-

Well buildworld failed most of the way through.  I decided to just
regrab head from today and try again.  If it fails again I guess I will
take a close look at the failure and see what it teaches me.  Probably
24-48 hours from now I will either have success or another failure.
