Gave up on svnup

Greeting-

Even with the most recent build of svnup from ports I found the darn
thing just hung after a few packets with the svn server.

I have dropped back to using csup.  If the new head builds that should
give me the svnlite someone spoke of and I can use that to move to
using svnlite for /usr/src instead of csup.
