CfT: Revised CPSW driver for BeagleBone

Greeting-

I just booted on a kernel with the test driver installed.  So the good
news is that the box boots and networking seems to work.

Here are the very initial findings:

I have no idea what this means to the freebsd using world.  I just
report what I find.

I will report more if there is anything that seems of note.
