Raspberry PI with 512 MB does not boot FreeBSD?

Unfortunately I do not have a serial terminal at the moment.

OK, so the cause could be somewhere in my image building process.

How do you build your image? Do you use one of the mentioned scripts as a
base or developed one by yourself?
