OMAP3 patch

Hello,

With the patch at [1] I am able to get a Beagleboard to the point it
will start running init to the point it will start to ask for the
single user shell but is cut off.

As far as I can tell it is stuck in the uart interrupt handler. I
haven't fully tracked down why it is not working yet and would
appreciate help looking in to it.
