IXP435 chip USB host register NOT granted

Hi Guys,

I am developing the USB host stack for the redboot on IXP435.
I did develop it and test it successfully on Linux.
Now, I am porting it to Redboot.

With IXP435 redboot downloaded fron Intel site, I am NOT able to
access the USB base address i.e. 0xCD000000. It crashes when I try to
read from address.

Actually, I am not able to access any address beyond 0xC80FFFE0.
Is there any IXP initialization that I have to access this registers space.

This issue is blocking me. Please help.
