As far as I know currently there're no flash-optimised filesystems available
on FreeBSD as well as working NAND drivers. But there'we some work going
on it on the past. Try looking through archives.
I suspect Semihalf may be doing some work on NAND drivers/filesystem on
FreeBSD but I don't know any details yet.
