can't boot

Hello,

I can't boot the latest -current kernel on RM9200 anymore. The output 
from the bootloader (bootspi) is:
....
tftp: 1101802 byte
 >e 0x20000000
 >
 >

The last working src tree I had was before gcc 4.2 import.

Any ideas where to look?
