	rsh, etc doesn’t live in ports, and there are viable uses for it still, even though this day in age they’re greatly reduced.
	- I’ll submit a new port for those that still need it.
	- I’ll disable it in base; add a nice comment noting that it’s available in ports.
	-> Best case scenario, we can remove rsh from base before 12.0.
