Thank you for pointing that out.  It is indeed in github:

I committed it to HEAD:

I used the textproc/igor port ( http://www.wonkity.com/~wblock/igor/ ) to
check the syntax of the man page.
It's a great new utility written by wblock@ and I encourage anyone creating
or modifying man pages should
run it.
