XML Output: libxo - provide single API to output TXT, XML, JSON and HTML

Can you please look at: https://github.com/Juniper/libxo/tree/master/patches

See if we can merge more of those in.  I'm not sure which are already done.

Or if you would like, looking to convert other utilities would be great.
