[PATCH] Protect inetd and cron from being killed under high-pressure swapping

After getting some comments, I decided to include in the list of
"protected" processes also syslogd and sshd:
http://www.freebsd.org/~attilio/Sandvine/STABLE_8/madvised/madvised2.diff
