Apache 2.4.33 - http2 session closing bug (KeepAliveTimeout ignored) - patch

Hi,

There is an issue in current port apache-2.4.33_1 as explained here :

A patch exists, and I've integrated it into attached shar after testing
and confirming
that the patch do fix the issue.

Could you integrate it into ports ?
