www/mod_auth_pgsql2 should be disabled for apache24

I worked around this by doing the following:
wget
http://www.giuseppetanzilli.it/mod_auth_pgsql2/dist/mod_auth_pgsql-2.0.3.tar.gz
gunzip *.gz
tar -xvf *tar
apply patch code below to mod_auth_pgsql.c
< apr_array_header_t *reqs_arr = (apr_array_header_t *)
ap_requires(r);
