Upcoming Apache 2.4.18

Hi,

Jim Jagielski announced a pre-release version of Apache 2.4.18 so I 
thought I'd better give it a spin.

Attached the patch, tarball downloaded from 
http://httpd.apache.org/dev/dist/httpd-2.4.18-deps.tar.bz2

Running fine so far with LibreSSL 2.3.1_1 (incl 2 CVE patches) and 
HTTP/2
