www/apache22 2.2.22_8 broken on IPv4-only system

rwsrv08# make showconfig -C /usr/ports/devel/apr1 | grep IPV6
IPV6=off: IPv6 protocol support

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place or maybe the detection is broken?
