fatal apache22 upgrade

Hi

I like you to inform about some serious port upgrade problem, please look

compiling ok
uninstall failes
reinstall old missing NOT OK <--

no apache files installed, etc/apache22 is gone

pkg_db still holds the package name

I guess that httpd.conf should not even be considered since it is a user file
