errors in some mod_* ports

hi

when i install mod_fastcgi or mod_fcgi with apache22, the port install
process gives me the following error:

Use of assignment to $[ is deprecated at /usr/local/sbin/apxs line 86.

this error prevents tools like portupgrade from upgrading ports
automatically
