134 ports depend on apr directly or indirectly.
1039 ports are in that chain to build them all.  My TB is build that 
now.  I estimate about 1-2 days for it to finish.

After that I'll get to www/apache22 and other devel/apr prs

Note b/c of the freebsd linker this *is* a major sh lib bump .3 -> 4. 
b/c apr-1 is the lib name.  As such those 134 ports are are getting a 
PORTREVISION bump.
