apache13 broken without objformat

The apache13 port apparently misbuilds when there is no
/usr/bin/objformat: the modules have a lot of missing symbols so
probably a shared library is misbuilt or skipped.

Can you please take a look ASAP?  The other apache ports may require
something similar.
