Congrats! you find a bug in bsd.apache.mk :) I'll fix it ASAP.
To make the port work with apache 2.[012].x., USE_APACHE should be set
to "20+". I don't have a tinderbox up so I can't test if it builds
properly.
Please ping me if you get it built, so I can update the port.
