[FreeBSD-Announce] FreeBSD Project Code of Conduct

The FreeBSD core team has completed its work developing a Code of 
Conduct for the project.
While the project has always had some written and some unwritten rules 
about proper conduct amongst
project members it was time to create a single document that spelled out 
what is and is
not acceptable behavior as it relates to the FreeBSD Project.  The
