[FreeBSD-Announce] 72 hours remaining to apply for GSoC

Just a quick reminder to anyone who was thinking of applying to do a
Google Summer of Code project with FreeBSD:  There are now less than 72
hours in which to apply!

A few things to keep in mind with your application:
 - The earlier you submit, the more likely you are to get quality 
   feed back.
 - Consider submitting more than one proposal.  It's more work, but
   significantly reduces your risk of losing out to a similar project
   proposal if your idea happens to be popular.
 - Please use the template.  It helps make sure you provide everything we
   need.
